Visual Arts Video
Renata’s journey in Fine Art is a captivating narrative of growth and transformation, marked distinctly by three evolutionary phases that can be experienced in this Video.
Liberation (1998-2008): During this period, she immersed herself in a phase of “Liberation.” Her exploration focused on the geometric dance of lines, colors, and shapes. Experimentation with neon on dark canvases and the exploration of 3D illusory patterns showcased a bold and expressive approach to her art.
Nature’s Inspiration (2009-2011): In the years 2009 to 2011, there was a noticeable shift towards nature’s inspiration, particularly with Alpine herbs. Additionally, her silk canvases with Asian “chi” influences and glossy papers led to a burst of color, contrast, and large-scale explorations. Notably, black and white not only contrasted but also laid the foundation for her future designs.
Spontaneous Sketches and Life’s Complexity (2012 and beyond): Moving into 2012 and beyond, her art evolved into a collection of spontaneous sketches. These detailed, large-format works captured the complexity of travel and life. The interplay of black lines softened with white created depth, inviting observers into a changing perception. This phase reflects a matured artistic approach and an ability to convey the nuances of their experiences.
This artistic evolution goes beyond a mere chronicle of changing styles and mediums; it serves as a reflection of her inner growth and expanding vision. Renata’s journey is encapsulated in a short video presentation featuring key works from each phase, providing viewers with a visual journey through the transformative stages of her art.
